On Wednesday, 8 children from Year 4 took part in a multi-skills competition at St Thomas More. The children showed tremendous sportsmanship, enthusiasm and most of all had lots of fun! After 10 activities, including throwing at targets, jumping hurdles, football, basketball, netball and even an obstacle course, they finished in 2nd place! Well done to everyone for a brilliant night of sport!

I would not be surprised if these kids will grow up to be responsible people someday. Through these photos, I can definitely say that they will grow up to be great people who have great leadership skills. It's a good thing that we are teaching them the skills they need to know to be great people of tomorrow. The world of sports is indeed a good breeding ground for people with discipline. Having been exposed to activities that require physical effort sounds really ideal, isn't it?
