Today a team of Y5 and Y6 girls traveled to St Patricks's Primary School in Consett for the prestigious Northern Cross Football competition group stages. At St Mary's we pride ourselves on competing with skills and, most importantly, enthusiasm and sportsmanship. As ever, the girls did not disappoint and this was epitomised through the sheer joy they showed when our team scored! The team finished in third place in the group and once again showed why we are always so proud of our school when participating in sports competitions!
