Well here we are at the end of another year, it all happens so fast and the summer holidays are here again!
This summer term we have been learning about the Tudors and Henry Vlll with his six wives, we had to learn a poem to help us remember what happened to them all. Horrible histories was very useful with this.
We have also been finding out all about electricity and how to make a light in a lighthouse using wires and bulbs but the most fun was with the buzzers.
We also investigated solids, liquids and gases and carried out investigations to find out about which solids dissolve.
We rounded of this year having a girls football festival at Whickham Fellside football training ground. It was a long walk but worthwhile as one of the teams won the overall tournament and many others got medals for target shooting, choreographing their own dance, fair play awards to name but a few. A very tiring but enjoyable afternoon.
