Today was a strange day at St Mary's Primary School the children were quite confused after morning break and this is the reason why..
They were all collected by a different class teacher and taken to a different classroom, very confusing!

To celebrate National Storytelling week the teachers put their names in a hat and had a draw to pick a different class to read a story to. It was a fun thing to do because the children all had a try with a different teacher and also visited a different classroom. This was especially exciting for Reception and Year One children who think that KS2 is a long way away!
Year 2 children visit Year 4's classroom!
Not only did the children experience a new story but lots of other things as well, hopefully it will be a day for them to remember - until World Book Day!
