The Civic Gala 2009

On Thursday the 2nd of April, some children from our school represented Dunston Pool in Gateshead Civic Gala (because of our wonderful performance at the previous gala) and enjoyed it very much!
Jumping for joy!

As well as enjoying it, we also did very well. We won best boys, best girls as well as overall best pool, everyone got a medal or a plaque. Most of the children who were swimming for Dunston were from St.Mary’s. After we won, our team managers brought the trophies to Dunston Pool.
