Year One have been doing a lot of work on giants, for our assembly to show the parents.
We made a fabulous giant in art, using our knowledge of different materials to create a colourful collage.
We also learned how to use sign language to tell a story about a scary giant. Watch out for his bommy knocker!
All the children thought about what they would like to be when they grow up - what a lot of great ideas, ranging all the way from ballet dancer to architect!
We had a great trip to the CLC today, where we told the story of Florence Nightingale using Photo Story. We worked really hard!!
