Goodbye Mrs. Briggs.
Mrs Briggs has been one of St Mary's loyal lunchtime assistants for the last 22 years. She is leaving on 23rd May and going to enjoy a well earned rest.

The children have enjoyed the company of Mrs. Briggs during lunchtime whatever the weather.
The children in Year 4 had a lot to say about Mrs. Briggs.

Stephanie Booth thinks," She is great at solving problems and tries to keep the children happy."
Camille Colligan said,"Thank you Mrs. Briggs for looking after us." and Jordan Boyd commented that, "She's funny and she's a good singer!"
Matthew Giloney from Year 3 remembers that, "Mrs. Briggs has been really nice to us since we were in Reception."
"I'm sad that she is leaving." says Eleanor Vaughan, Year 1 and Caitlin McFaul from Year 6 said, "She's always got a smile on her face,"

It will be strange not to see Mrs Briggs around and about every day at school.
She has been a very caring member of staff and I'm sure she will be a big miss to everyone.
Good luck and best wishes for a happy and lengthy retirement.
