Year One have had an adventurous Spring term learning all about traditional fairy tales. There are some very strange characters in these children’s stories, wicked wolves, greedy girls, terrible trolls to name but a few. The children are now able to re-enact these stories through role play which is a favourite activity. However with an added pirate and purple wizard we never know which path the story will take!

We are also observing and exploring pushes and pulls in science and had great fun using equipment in the yard to work these out.
